Hi TDA clanmates,

We have a large enough group of people to start thinking about taking the next step towards
playing matches in league. For that to happen we need some basic structure, trainings and
assignment of ranks and tasks to every clanmate.

We need to:
- set a day on which we train
- elect a wararranger
- divide the clan in warteams
- vote on having a Flemish division
- vote on admitting 2 new members
- have a reunion on teamspeak or IRC chat
- assign ranks to every clanmember
- set the clanrules (presence at trainings, equipment and stuff)
-choose a teamleader for every division

For the trainings and matches I have rented a new server that we can password protect.
I'd propose to start off with friendly clanwars at first and when we are ready we might
take the step to play league matches. But we need to learn to walk before we can run.
That means learning how to play in team and to move as one team and not as individual
players. Our goal must be to win the match and not to get good stats or high XP.
For fun there will allways be the SPQR server, but on TDA training and warserver we
will be a clan and not a bunch of guys with the same tag....

I put up a poll to fix a training day. If you feel we must train more than one day a week you can choose the days you would like to have trainings. Only TDA members can vote on the poll and
i would like everyone to cast his vote.
