Hi Guerna,

Dont know why, but the TDA-server is allways hanging at the maps "Depot" and "Tram".
Is there any mistake in the cycle-config?

I checked the map rotation but could not find any errors.
I took out the map "Guns" that should play between Tram and Depot.
Hopefully this is curing the problem.

It seems that this was the problem. I think the cycle runs well now.
By the way I've never seen this map "Gun" on the server.

That explains why the server would'nt go on with the maps.
I forgot to upload the map Guns to the server.
Well it is working now that is the main thing.

Hi Guerna,

sorry, the cycle is still hanging at the map "Depot" but no more at the map "Tram".
It's not important, cause I restart the server when I see that happening.

Hi Guerna,

the new map "Tundra" in the cycle is super.
That was a good idea from you!

We'll have to play on your server then c0sm!c.
No really, I noticed myself the server was down.
Before I rebooted it I did some maintenance on the config and logfiles.
I deleted the wolfbot internal logfiles. These were super large and creating lagg.
Server is up again and hopfully will stay up.

Glad you like the map Tundra Cris. That is one of my favourite maps.
You need real teamplay to win that map.

The stats are another issue.
I deleted the database by accident. (i am such an idiot)
I fixed the stats so they now work again.

Hi Guerna,

I can't add bots anymore in the way before.
If I add a bot, the bot will appear as spectator, thats all of the result of my doing.
In the past adding bots allways functioned.
Have I a wrong "bots.cfg" now?
Is there now a new bots.cfg with 2 bots on one side and 3 bots on other side only?

You might have noticed I had to reduce the players from 15 to 8 by lack of funds.
The server is paid until 23 March 2006. After that I am not sure if I can renew.
So now you can only have 8 players including the bots.
I changed the bots.cfg to have 2 axis and 2 allies, leaving 4 humans that can connect. This way they can pick either side.
Here is what's inside the bots.cfg
//=TDA=BOTS CONFIG
//First we kick all bots
bot_removeall
//then we add new ones
bot_connect red engineer tda // Add an Axis Engineer difficulty setting TDA
bot_connect red medic tda // Add an Axis Medic difficulty setting TDA
bot_connect blue engineer tda // Add an Allied Engineer difficulty setting TDA
bot_connect blue medic tda // Add an Allied Medic difficulty setting TDA

There are 2 commands that give you5 allies bots or 5 axisbots.
/rcon exec alliesbots
/rcon exec axisbots

If you execute one of these commands all bots are removed and they will be
replaced by 5 axis or 5 allied bots depending on the command you issued.

It you use these commands you will never end up with bots in spectator mode.
When that happens you added more bots than there were available playerslots.
To cure that you need to kick all the bots with /bots_removeall

In the downloads section of this site, there is a file that explains the commands and some other stuff about wolfbot.
The file can be found on this [link]
