I seem to have some trouble myself to use the uploadsystem of the site for large pictures. I doubled the uploadsize to 20 Mb but i can't seem to get your pic uploaded Macio.
When i have the time i will try and fix the upload so it will work.

macio check the last part of the file name. picture=jpeg or jpg and animation ends in gif. does that help?
