Just wondering what program you guys use (if any) to view servers and their players. Used to have a quick and simple program on my old pc, but don't remember its name

Just downloaded an open source prog, called ET Buddies ( [link] ), which seems to do the job and has the bonus of being able to add a friends list to see which (TDA ) players are online.

Of course, in the old days I used such tools to find a server, but after starting on the SPQR servers, I'd only need it to see it who's on (and if there other players besides bots )
Anyways, wonder what you're using for that.

woooohooo, thanks Pand. Pathfinder is in there too, that's the one I used before. Like that one, because it's no install (probably ,net) single file which has precisely the basic needs
I'll try some of the others too though.

I use All Seeing Eye (ASE) [link] too (i bought 4 lifelong licenses)
SPLATTERLADDER [link] is free and pretty good. No installation required since it is website based. Just login and see your buddies (limited to 4 though).
Pathfinder is good for a free progam but nothing like ASE.
There's a couple more on sourceforge.net that are free.

All righty then, you guys convinced me. downloaded ASE Have used it briefly years ago, but seems to have evolved since then. Hmmm, what's this 'set gravity' function....

PS, since you've bought life long licences, you'd better live long and prosper to make optimal use of your purchase

Hello mates,
I also use "ASE".
After reinstallation of ASE there is a problem if I join a SPQR-server by ASE. As soon as I am on server and use any Quickchat I get kicked.
Strange, isn't it?

That is weird indeed
Maybe you have an ETPUB client other than 20060205
from another server. The newer etpubclients cause all sorts of weird stuff. If not it is ASE protocol causing it.
I could check the logfiles to see why you are getting kicked.
